(ECDL part one)

12 week course which leads to the internationally recognised ECDL qualification.  Not for complete beginners - £50. If you are in receipt of certain benefits the fee will be just £25. ECDL classes are 3 hours long.

(ECDL part two)

22 week follow on from the above needed to get a full ECDL - £62. If you are in receipt of certain benefits the fee will be just £12.  ECDL classes are 3 hours long

Level 2 Certificate in IT

Our ‘Career Starter’ course - 12 hours per week (4 mornings) for a full year.  For those who have or want a computer based job.  Not for beginners.  This level 2 course is equivalent to five GCSEs and if you don’t already have 5 GCSEs or equivalent then tuition is free! If you are in receipt of certain benefits the fee will be just £85.

Introduction to Web Design

Further Web Design

Available as either a 10 week introduction course for beginners to learn the basics or a further version for the next steps.  Classes are 2.5 hours long. £60

These courses are not eligible for fee remission.

 

Look for the letter code for the courses you want to sign up for in the table below.  Then call and enrol telling us which time slots you’d be able to attend.  Once you pay we will enrol you on to all the slots you are available for and that way if any of the courses run that you can attend you will be allocated a place.  We will call or email you at least 48 hours in advance to tell you which slot you have been allocated.

Which fee do I pay?

If you are in receipt of certain income based benefits (call 0151 651 3718 for details) you will be asked to pay the fee in the REM column. Please bring evidence of the benefit(s) received to the first class. If you are claiming remission we must either see your evidence or receive full fees by week 2 or your enrolment will be cancelled.

Everyone else must pay the full fee as listed

We want you to be sure the course you choose is the right course for you. To help you choose we have detailed subject leaflets or you can call one of the team for advice. Your first class will also include some activities designed to make sure that the course is right for you.
